Do you seemingly have everything, yet feel as if something isn't right?

Do other people's needs and wants dictate your life?

Have you reached a crossroads in your life, wondering what's next?

If this is you... be assured you're not alone. In fact, we were there about 6 years ago.

What we've learned since: It doesn't have to be this way.

If you've lost track of (or always wondered) who you really are, Discover your inner compass may be able to help. All it takes is some faith in yourself (and us, of course),

and some time and effort.

It's time you jump back into the driver's seat, don't you think?

I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul. (from Invictus by William Ernest Henley)

About this course

Discover your inner compass will help you clearly understand

what personal (or core) values are, how they come about,

and why knowing them is so important.

You will also learn how to bring greater awareness to your own values,

and identify what your core values are.

The course is available to everyone, free of charge.

What to expect

The course comprises two lessons and two exercises -

plus one optional exercise if you’d like to do a bit more than the minimum. There will also be a brief test at the end to confirm your understanding.

Watching the lessons and completing the test takes about 20 minutes in total.

For the exercises, you should set aside about an hour each. It’s important that you take as much time as you need. What you put in is what you get out.

Meet your instructors

Hi there, we are Paul and Sandra, the Gen X couple behind Minimalist Journeys.

Realising that our comfortable, middle-class life in Sydney, Australia wasn’t really what we wanted, we embarked on a life-changing journey: from assessing our values and discovering minimalism to a nomadic life full of eye-opening and humbling experiences.

Adopting a values-based lifestyle has changed our lives for the better, and we are now focused on helping others achieve the same.

On our website and in our online courses, we talk about our and other peoples' journeys to and with a values-based life, and provide practical advice and simple, tested tools that help our audience live more intentionally, sustainably and happier - whatever their life circumstances.

We love making a difference and helping others succeed. Come and join us experience more by living with less.
